Erica read for the Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Psychology (Hons) degree at the University of Malta and obtained her degree in 2014. Following her graduation, she was introduced to the financial services sector where she began solidifying her expertise in company law and company administration.

At NEWCO, she is now responsible for the company in Malta and deals daily with clients from a business perspective, serving a diverse portfolio. Erica also acts as Company Secretary for the NEWCO group of companies and also for a number of clients and leads a team whose main responsibilities include managing a number of client portfolios and assisting them in their respective day to day needs, included amongst others, the preparation of various corporate documentation for incorporations and annual maintenance of the respective Companies.
