Carlos Teixeira

Certified Accountant

Carlos completed a degree in Business Management at the University of Madeira and has a postgraduate degree in Taxation from the ISAG – Higher Institute of Administration and Management, Lisbon, in addition to several complementary training courses in accounting and taxation.

Prior to joining NEWCO in 2010, Carlos was a senior auditor at KPMG & Associados. Within NEWCO’s accounting department, he is responsible for drawing up and analysing financial statements for Portuguese and Maltese companies. He also ensures the submission of tax returns and official documents relating to corporate and personal income tax, VAT and Social Security.

Carlos is bilingual in English and Portuguese.
